But, when they go to the advertising agency to market their products, the real advise, the important advise, ends up in the fine print at the bottom of the bottle or hidden away with the packaging materials inside the carton.

If you want to get abs fast, you have to make a commitment to yourself. You don’t have to spend all of your time at the gym and you don’t have to eat food that you don’t like. So, you’ve gotten everything that you can get out of crunches, you might want to step up to a reverse crunch or a torso track, because those exercises are a little more “intense” than traditional crunches.

Now, for a person that is just starting to get in shape, a torso track is too intense, too difficult. They would need to work up to that level. Bodyweight exercises (push ups, pull ups, etc) are a good beginning point. But a person that can’t do a single push-up can not use a torso-track. It’s just too difficult.
